Schedule/availability is determined on a first come first serve basis.

Weather Policy
If the forecast calls for heavy rain and/or strong winds, Air-born Inflatables Inc. will cancel all rental plans.  We utilize the following industry standard weather policy:

If prior to the term of your AGREEMENT (up to 24 hours before delivery) the weather forecast calls for severe weather (rain, high chance of rain, thunder showers, winds stronger than 20 mph, temperatures well over 100 degrees) then we will have the right to cancel your rental. We will make every effort to reschedule your rental based on available dates and times. 

If we set up the inflatables/games and severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) move in during the term of your rental agreement, get all kids out of the unit and unplug the blower from the outlet. If the rain stops or winds decrease to a safe level, you can plug the blower back in. If the unit is slightly wet from rain, give the kids some towels and let them dry off the unit as they play. Air-born Inflatables Inc. reserves the right to cancel your booking due to severe weather.  Once the rental unit has been setup PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Insurance Policy

All renters must provide proof of homeowner's insurance at time of delivery.  Policy number and carrier information will be recorded on the rental agreement.

Delivery Policy
Air-born Inflatables Inc. may need to set up your rental unit earlier than scheduled, to accommodate delivery routes for that given day, and may need to pick up the units later than the scheduled pick up time.  All of this will be determined at the time of booking and confirmed at the time service is rendered, between the delivery person and the renter.  This will be considered "free time" to the renter.

Payment
Air-born Inflatables Inc. accepts the following forms of payment, at time of delivery/setup:

• Cash
• Check
• Money Order
• Visa
• MasterCard

A processing fee, not less then twenty-five dollars ($25.00), will be charged for checks on which payment has been refused by the payor's bank because of insufficient funds (NSF).
